• Preliminary pricing expected to begin around the high $300s to low $400s
• Anticipated opening around Spring 2027

The project has already been moving through the City of Apopka development review process, with plans for roads, utilities, stormwater infrastructure and community amenities.

This is another sign of how quickly the North Apopka / Kelly Park / Plymouth Sorrento corridor continues to grow.

With Wyld Oaks, new residential communities, infrastructure improvements and additional commercial development all taking shape, this part of Apopka is going to look very different over the next several years.
